Guest Service Agent – Arabic Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Agent who speaks Arabic to join our Front Office/Guest Relations team at Raffles Seychelles. The role involves handling all aspects of guest service, ensuring each guest receives personalized and memorable experiences throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of guest requests and follow up promptly to guarantee maximum satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping and other departments for special guest requests, excursions and preparations.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales, seasonal packages, frequent flyer and loyalty programmes.
• Create and update VIP guest profiles, manage amenity orders and ensure special recognition for repeat guests.
• Handle guest complaints, track feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Send pre‑arrival emails, manage arrival reports, and ensure rooms are inspected and ready for VIP arrivals.
• Greet guests at check‑in, provide resort introductions and ensure a positive departure experience.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably another language.
• Ability to develop rapport with colleagues, management and guests.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to stay calm and courteous under pressure.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Minimum 2 years front‑office or guest‑relations experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
