Guest Service Agent - German Speaking

About the role

The Guest Service Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Raffles Seychelles, delivering personalized service and ensuring a memorable stay. This role requires fluency in German and English, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction throughout the arrival, stay, and departure phases.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, manage check‑in, provide resort introductions and coordinate hand‑over to rooming staff.
• Handle all guest requests, complaints and special needs, liaising with Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Prepare and send pre‑arrival emails, update guest profiles, create VIP profiles and ensure repeat guests receive special recognition.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales, seasonal packages, loyalty programmes and onward bookings at other Raffles properties.
• Maintain accurate arrival reports, special request logs and ensure VIP rooms are inspected prior to arrival.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Front Office or Guest Relations within a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Ability to work calmly, courteously and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Proven capability to develop rapport with guests, colleagues and management.
