Guest Service Agent – German Speaking

About the role

The Guest Service Agent will be the first point of contact for German‑speaking guests at Raffles Seychelles, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all guest inquiries, requests and complaints, coordinating with Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping and other departments to deliver personalized service.
• Prepare and manage VIP profiles, pre‑arrival communications, amenity orders and special promotions such as seasonal packages and loyalty programmes.
• Conduct check‑in and check‑out procedures, provide resort introductions and ensure guests receive appropriate recognition throughout their stay.
• Maintain accurate guest records, update preferences, and follow up on feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years front‑office or guest‑relations experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and German, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Calm, courteous and able to work effectively in a multicultural, team‑oriented environment.
