Guest Service Agent - Mandarin

About the role

The Guest Service Agent – Mandarin will be the primary point of contact for Mandarin‑speaking guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout their stay at Raffles Seychelles.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary department standards of behavior, appearance and attitude.
• Handle all guest requests, coordinate with Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill special needs.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales, seasonal packages, frequent flyer and loyalty programmes.
• Prepare and update VIP guest profiles, manage amenity orders and ensure repeat guests receive special recognition.
• Respond to guest complaints, follow up on corrective actions and maintain detailed feedback records.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably an additional language.
• Ability to develop rapport with colleagues and management, work cohesively in a team and remain calm and courteous at all times.

Required skills

• Minimum 2 years Front Office/Guest Relations experience in a four‑ or five‑star hotel.
• Familiarity with loyalty programmes, seasonal packages and the creation of VIP guest profiles.
