Guest Services Manager

About the role

Cheval Blanc is seeking a Guest Services Manager to oversee the Front Office and related Majordome services, ensuring smooth operations, maximum sales, and exceptional guest satisfaction across its luxury properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily Front Office activities and coordinate Majordome services to meet the Maison’s luxury standards.
• Drive sales initiatives while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and adherence to brand service protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of Ambassadeurs, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Address operational challenges with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hotel environment.
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage priorities independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as Opera and Material Control.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications.
