Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas at the Four Seasons resort on Desroches Island, following the brand's high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, offices, washrooms, F&B outlets, front desk, arrival lounge, fitness centre, beach facilities and back‑of‑house areas.
• Update room status in the Opera system promptly after cleaning.
• Remove garbage and recyclables, keep housekeeping pantries tidy, and assist in reducing waste of supplies.
• Operate the housekeeping buggy safely and report any damages, repairs or items found in rooms to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a 5‑star hotel or resort.
• Excellent English, math and psychometric abilities.
• Business acumen and creative flair with aptitude for upward mobility.
