IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, implementation and ongoing management of our organization’s IT systems. The role ensures high availability, performance and security across servers, networks, storage and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy and manage servers, networks, storage and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Maintain high availability, performance and security of all IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and optimise operations.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery plans and business continuity processes.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards and security protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure service quality.
• Lead and support the IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise‑level networks, servers and virtualization.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.
