Kids Club Attendant (Carrousel)

About the role

The resort is looking for a Carrousel Attendant to lead a world‑class children’s programme that reflects the luxury standards of Cheval Blanc. You will supervise daily operations of the kids’ club, design engaging activities and ensure a safe, memorable experience for young guests.

Key responsibilities

• Create and supervise a premium children’s programme aligned with the resort’s luxury brand.
• Provide operational support to the Carrousel department, overseeing day‑to‑day activities.
• Design engaging, age‑appropriate activities while maintaining strict safety standards.
• Deliver a memorable experience that exceeds expectations of young guests and their families.

Required profile

• Diploma or relevant certification in hospitality or related field.
• Proven management experience in a resort or hotel environment.
• Minimum three years in a similar children‑club or recreational role.
• Computer literate with excellent command of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied work situations and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
