Night Auditor

About the role

The Night Auditor will ensure the financial integrity of Constance Ephelia resort during overnight hours, providing accurate accounting and exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and balance daily revenue reports, including room, F&B, and miscellaneous charges.
• Reconcile guest accounts, credit‑card transactions and cash receipts.
• Prepare detailed night‑audit reports for management review.
• Monitor guest requests, maintain security protocols, and perform system backups.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, and communicate handover issues to day‑shift staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a night auditor or in a similar hotel audit position.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts with reliable attendance.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and sound judgement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management systems and property management software (PMS).
• Strong knowledge of point‑of‑sale (POS) and financial reconciliation software.
• Cash handling expertise and understanding of financial procedures.
