People and Culture Manager

About the role

The iconic Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented People and Culture Manager to champion personalised guest experiences and support our commitment to exceptional luxury service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employment files and records both on paper and in the HR computer system.
• Enforce Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
• Administer and deliver employee induction, training programs, benefits, and culture standards.
• Organise and supervise employee recreation programmes such as holiday parties, children’s parties and general meetings.
• Conduct regular audits of insurance records, vacation and sick‑leave balances.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a People and Culture Manager or similar role within a luxury five‑star hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of People and Culture standards and global hospitality essentials.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
• Excellent communicator who works effectively in a multicultural team.
