PR & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Creole Travel Services is seeking a proactive PR & Marketing Coordinator to boost the visibility of its unique Seychelles destination offering. You will coordinate key projects, manage media relations, and support brand storytelling to drive customer engagement and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with partners, media outlets, and influencers.
• Organise press events, media tours and familiarisation trips.
• Manage content usage, ensuring proper consent and credit attribution.
• Draft, edit and distribute press releases and other media materials.
• Monitor media trends and track coverage.
• Collaborate with the graphics designer on marketing collateral.
• Maintain the company’s image library and assist with digital content creation.
• Coordinate photography and videography shoots.
• Execute PR and marketing plans across all channels.
• Lead cross‑functional marketing projects while ensuring brand consistency and ISO quality standards.
• Support internal and external newsletters.
• Oversee TripAdvisor presence, including review responses and summaries.

Required profile

• Highly organised individual with a passion for public relations, brand storytelling and destination marketing.
• Confident communicator able to build strong relationships with media, partners, influencers and internal stakeholders.
• Creative, detail‑oriented coordinator who can support PR campaigns, press trips, content shoots and marketing material development.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with digital marketing, design, sales, product teams and external suppliers.
