Quality Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Constance Ephelia is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and enhance quality management systems across all operational areas of the luxury resort. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with international standards, driving continuous improvement, and supporting exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems in line with ISO standards and resort requirements.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections and assessments, identify non‑conformities and drive corrective actions.
• Analyse quality data, guest feedback and performance metrics to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with department heads to set quality objectives, monitor supplier performance and prepare comprehensive quality reports for senior management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in quality, brand compliance or guest experience within the hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proven track record in root‑cause analysis.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO standards and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in root‑cause analysis methodologies.
• Data analysis and quality management software competence.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma continuous‑improvement techniques.
