Remote Croatian Pre‑Sales Representative

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking fluent Croatian speakers to join a leading European travel‑tech platform as Remote Pre‑Sales Representatives. You will engage homeowners, introduce partnership opportunities, and guide them through the early qualification process for vacation‑rental management.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls, assessing property suitability, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems and assign qualified leads to Sales Managers.
• Record detailed interaction notes and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
• Comfortable with both warm and cold outreach calls.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.

• Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
• Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
