Reservations Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is seeking a detail‑oriented Reservations Agent to deliver personalised guest experiences in a world‑class luxury setting. You will work closely with the Reservations Manager to ensure accurate booking data and support the department’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Capture inbound reservation calls, complete internal reservation forms and coordinate all reservation details.
• Run daily and special reports for the department, Sales & Marketing, General Manager and other stakeholders.
• Handle general reservations email, process brochure requests and manage guest complaints according to Four Seasons policy.
• Process WRO, Trust, Internal Reservations and FIT reservations; confirm or guarantee non‑guaranteed bookings and manage wait‑lists.
• Monitor front‑desk reservations, address recurring issues and communicate special requests, VIP or high‑attention guests to the manager.
• Process employee compensation requests and Friends & Family bookings under guidance from senior staff.

Required profile

• Hospitality professional with experience in a luxury five‑star hotel environment.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and committed to accuracy and excellence.
• Strong communicator who works effectively within a multicultural team.
