Residential Host – Luxury Resort Experience

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is seeking a passionate Residential Host to deliver personalised luxury experiences for guests staying in villas, suites and residences. You will act as the primary point of contact from pre‑arrival through post‑departure, ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for Four Seasons and the Seychelles culture, providing local insights and sustainable recommendations.
• Coordinate with the Guest Experience Manager and support departments to resolve service shortfalls and recover guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of resort features, room types, rates, packages and local attractions across both Mahe and Desroches properties.
• Generate incremental revenue by promoting resort services and monitoring performance metrics daily, weekly and monthly.
• Ensure all operations follow Four Seasons, Forbes and LQA standards.

Required profile

• Experience in a luxury five‑star hotel environment with strong knowledge of residential host standards.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Excellent communicator who works well within a multicultural team.
