Senior Majordome (Chinese Speaker)

About the role

The Senior Majordome will deliver courteous, professional, and flexible service to guests at Cheval Blanc Seychelles, ensuring every stay meets the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide villa orientation, luggage handling, and personalized guest services in line with Cheval Blanc standards.
• Maintain daily guest agenda, update guest history, and coordinate with Front Office, housekeeping, and other departments.
• Prepare and present final invoices, birthday/anniversary gifts, and General Manager cards.
• Conduct villa check‑in and check‑out procedures, including inventory checks and stock management.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, offering local area knowledge and arranging amenities.
• Complete daily reports, logbooks, and internal communication forms within required timeframes.

Required profile

• Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or hotel school graduate.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a luxury resort or hotel in a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational ability and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
