Senior Manager Technical Operations

About the role

Refrigeration Systems Seychelles Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Technical Operations to lead its technical and operational functions. The role combines deep technical expertise in refrigeration, HVAC and related systems with strong leadership to drive service quality, project delivery and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for refrigeration, air‑conditioning, HVAC, ventilation, cold rooms, freezers, chillers and VRV/VRF systems.
• Review and approve designs, equipment selections, system sizing and project solutions.
• Support technicians with complex troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and root‑cause analysis.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, start‑up and handover of projects.
• Plan, organise and manage daily activities of service and project teams, including scheduling, resource allocation and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met and maintain preventive‑maintenance contracts.
• Conduct client visits, site surveys, technical audits and prepare technical quotations and proposals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in refrigeration, air‑conditioning, HVAC, controls, electrical and mechanical services.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage large‑scale projects.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and engineering standards.
