Senior Software Engineer – TypeScript & AI (Remote)

About the role

AccessOwl is looking for a senior software engineer who lives at the intersection of TypeScript development and AI‑driven automation. You will work fully remotely, collaborating with a small, tight‑knit team to scale the integration layer that connects hundreds of SaaS tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand the integration infrastructure, adding hundreds of new SaaS connectors.
• Design, build, and maintain browser automations using Playwright or Puppeteer.
• Develop custom browser extensions to improve customer connectivity.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of your services (“you build it, you run it”).
• Participate in product discussions, translating customer problems into technical solutions.
• Collaborate openly with teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional web development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and eager to push automation boundaries.
• Proven experience building browser automation scripts with Playwright or Puppeteer.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and enjoys breaking complex problems into manageable parts.
• Passionate about learning and helping teammates grow.
