Senior Technician - Electrical

About the role

Utilize your education and experience to operate, maintain and repair the physical plant, utility services, equipment, fixtures and furnishings for the hotel facility and staff housing complex.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance for air‑conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, low‑voltage (LV) and plumbing systems.
• Maintain building elements including furniture, fixtures, painting, parts renewal and repairs across guest rooms, F&B outlets and banquet areas.
• Coordinate with engineering management on service disruptions and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare consumption reports for power, water, steam and gas.
• Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge to support their development.

Required profile

• Diploma or Trade Certificate in a relevant electrical or mechanical trade.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or resort maintenance.
• Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, creative problem‑solver with an energetic personality.
