Software Engineer Annotator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Software Engineer Annotator to help improve AI and Large Language Model training data. You will use your programming expertise to evaluate, label, and refine code‑related datasets, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate and review software engineering datasets used for AI training.
• Assess AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and security.
• Label tasks such as code completion, debugging, refactoring, and optimization.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance model performance.
• Follow annotation guidelines and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with AI trainers, reviewers, and data teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Prior experience with data annotation, AI training, or code review.
• Ability to accurately annotate, label, and evaluate code datasets.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
