Spa Therapist

About the role

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and ensuring every guest experience aligns with Resense’s vision and brand standards. You will tailor treatments, maintain high service quality, and contribute to the overall success of the spa.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver spa treatments and whole‑spa experiences to a high standard.
• Tailor treatments to individual guest needs based on Resense training.
• Connect with guests, understand their preferences, and record relevant information.
• Stay knowledgeable about all offered treatments and current promotions.
• Complete handovers, follow up on treatment satisfaction, and address any discrepancies.
• Manage daily appointment schedules and adhere to the roster.
• Maintain professional stock levels and supplies.

Required profile

• Experience in operations management within a spa or hospitality setting.
• Ability to handle financial reporting and budgeting tasks.
• Knowledge of human resource management and public relations/marketing basics.
• Proficiency in stock and retail management.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Understanding of industry analysis and strong leadership capabilities.
