Structural Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Structural Expert to lead engineering activities for surface structures in water resource projects. The role will be based in Trongsa and will involve collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, safe, and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the design, analysis and construction of RCC and steel structures.
• Supervise field activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, resources and documentation for water‑resource related surface structures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience on similar projects.
• International experience on at least two continents.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering, soil and rock mechanics.
