Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will lead daily construction activities on site, ensuring that work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This role collaborates closely with engineers, project managers, and vendors to keep the project on schedule and maintain high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction tasks and monitor progress against plans.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Manage labour, subcontractors, and site workers, maintaining discipline and site safety.
• Track project milestones, report delays or issues to senior engineers, and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain quality control, proper material usage, and accurate site documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors for seamless operations.
• Assist in material planning, inventory control, and daily site reporting.
• Resolve on‑site issues and bottlenecks promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction activities on site.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage labour forces, subcontractors, and site logistics.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to report and mitigate issues.
• Effective communication and coordination with engineering and project teams.
