Cross Dock Operations Manager

About the role

Breakthru Beverage is seeking a Cross Dock Operations Manager to lead all warehouse and delivery activities at its cross‑dock facility. The role is hands‑on, overseeing scheduling, freight receiving, inventory control, vehicle maintenance, and safety compliance while supporting sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cross‑dock operations, including customer delivery scheduling, freight receipt, and inventory control.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Administer general manager duties such as workers’ compensation, new‑hire interviewing, and training for efficiency and safety.
• Enter delivery team credits, process damaged product, and maintain facility cleanliness.
• Directly supervise cross‑dock personnel and coordinate with third‑party staff as needed.
• Support sales teams by meeting delivery targets and handling customer service issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced, high‑volume team.

Required skills

• CDL‑B commercial driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer applications.

• Base salary plus 15% bonus potential.
