Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Constance Ephelia is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations at its luxury resort in Seychelles. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train and motivate F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Plan and develop menus with culinary teams, considering seasonal availability.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and HACCP standards.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock rotation and liaise with suppliers.
• Maintain high customer service standards and address guest concerns promptly.
• Analyse sales, guest feedback and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Manage special events, banquets and functions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Develop revenue‑management strategies, pricing optimisation and promotional initiatives.
• Oversee staff scheduling, labour cost management and quality‑assurance audits.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and champion sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing food and beverage operations in a resort or luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and service standards.
• Expertise in budget management, financial analysis and cost control.
