Project Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Controller to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to monitor schedules, identify critical path activities, and mitigate potential delays.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain construction project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
• Identify critical path activities and assess potential impacts on project timelines.
• Monitor contract deliverables, ensuring milestones are met and documented.
• Provide regular schedule performance reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve schedule‑related issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction schedule management.
• Qualifications in finance, accounting, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex schedule data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
