About the role

Join Four Seasons Resort Seychelles as a Food & Beverage Server and help create unforgettable dining experiences for guests in a tropical, luxury setting. You will be the face of the restaurant, presenting menu items with enthusiasm and ensuring every service moment reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Present menu items with vivid descriptions, highlighting local ingredients and culinary heritage.
• Accurately enter guest orders, including dietary preferences, into the resort’s POS system.
• Coordinate timing of courses, verify kitchen tickets, and deliver dishes with precision.
• Engage guests proactively, offering personalized suggestions and responding to special requests.
• Process billing, handle cash and credit card payments, and manage voids or complimentary meals according to policy.
• Assist with setup, cleaning, and resetting of dining areas, buffets, and food stations.
