Resort Buggy Driver

About the role

The Driver – Buggy role at Le Domaine de l'Orangeraie Resort & Spa is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for safely transporting guests and their luggage around the resort. The role ensures a smooth arrival, departure and overall guest experience through courteous and timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and operate resort buggies in accordance with safety and traffic regulations.
• Transport guests and their luggage between resort areas, responding to special requests.
• Coordinate guest movements with front‑office and concierge teams.
• Provide clear information about resort facilities and answer guest inquiries professionally.
• Assist with minor logistical tasks such as luggage handling.
• Keep vehicles clean and well‑presented, reporting any maintenance needs.

Required profile

• Strong vehicle operation experience, preferably with trucks or buggies.
• Valid driver’s licence; CDL Class A is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills in a hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work full‑time on‑site with shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle safety checks and a commitment to safe driving practices.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in hospitality, transportation or a guest‑facing role is preferred.
