About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in communicating daily guidelines and priorities to the team.
• Organise staff schedules, oversee restaurant logistics, and supervise buffet set‑up.
• Lead, train and develop the restaurant crew to maintain excellent service quality.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Drive additional sales and contribute to cost‑effectiveness of the service.
• Decorate the restaurant according to themed evenings and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
