About the role
We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. Working remotely, you will craft, produce, and publish engaging multimedia content while fostering an active online community.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
- Film, edit, and publish high‑quality videos, reels, TikToks, and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
- Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture community interaction.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, delivering monthly analytical reports with actionable insights.
- Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content fresh and relevant.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability, and solid time‑management skills.
- Reliable alternative power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and a stable high‑speed internet connection.
- High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.
Required skills
- Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
