About the role
As a member of the Food & Beverage team, the Assistant Restaurant Manager strengthens and delivers services to the Maison's guests while leading a culturally diverse team of young and passionate Ambassadeurs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
- Recruit, manage, develop and coach the restaurant team.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to develop menus that align with budgeted guidelines.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
- Oversee financial performance and adhere to company standards.
Required profile
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Hospitality.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury segment.
- Ability to comply with all F&B brand standards.
- Capacity to work under pressure with excellent grooming standards.
- Willingness to develop Ambassadeurs and self, with flexibility for varied work situations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Fluent in English.
