Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

As a member of the Food & Beverage team, the Assistant Restaurant Manager strengthens and delivers services to the Maison's guests while leading a culturally diverse team of young and passionate Ambassadeurs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
• Recruit, manage, develop and coach the restaurant team.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to develop menus that align with budgeted guidelines.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
• Oversee financial performance and adhere to company standards.

Required profile

• Advanced Diploma or Degree in Hospitality.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury segment.
• Ability to comply with all F&B brand standards.
• Capacity to work under pressure with excellent grooming standards.
• Willingness to develop Ambassadeurs and self, with flexibility for varied work situations.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Fluent in English.
