Egocentric Video Data Collector

About the role

We are seeking self‑motivated individuals to record first‑person (egocentric) video footage of everyday activities. The captured videos will be used to train next‑generation AI models and humanoid robots. This is a remote, contract‑based position.

Key responsibilities

• Wear a head‑mounted smartphone or smart glasses to capture raw POV video of routine tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and other daily activities.
• Follow strict recording specifications, including stable lighting, landscape orientation, specific resolution (1080p at 30/60 FPS), and proper camera angles.
• Upload unedited video files and complete short metadata forms on the project portal within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and re‑record clips if they do not meet framing or duration requirements.

Required profile

• Access to a modern smartphone with a high‑quality camera (1080p resolution at 30/60 FPS).
• Ability to work in a functional residential or workspace environment.
• Strong attention to detail to keep hands visible, avoid mirrors/reflections, and maintain steady framing.
• Privacy‑conscious: ensure no faces of other people, personal IDs, or sensitive data are captured.
• Self‑starter capable of delivering 4–20 hours of usable footage over the project timeline.
