Executive Housekeeper Assistant – Resort Seychelles

About the role

The Executive Housekeeper Assistant supports the Executive Housekeeper in delivering high‑quality housekeeping services at Club Med Seychelles. You will help maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms and public areas while supervising a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring cleanliness of 250‑400 guest rooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance department.
• Anticipate and respond to guests' needs and expectations.
• Supervise, train and organise the daily work of 50‑80 housekeeping staff.
• Lead daily briefings and debriefings.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify needs and place orders.
• Ensure proper use of automated cleaning equipment.
• Verify compliance with Club Med quality standards and hygiene/safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with other resort departments.

Required profile

• Discreet, organised and detail‑oriented.
• Attentive with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Responsible and adaptable, able to supervise a multicultural team.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as 1Check and PMS.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Business Management or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
