Guest Room Attendant

About the role

As a Guest Room Attendant at Four Seasons on Desroches Island, you will ensure that every guest room and public area meets the brand’s luxury standards. You will work in a tranquil, resort‑style environment, providing a seamless and welcoming experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, suites, villas, and public areas according to Four Seasons procedures.
• Update room status in the Opera property management system promptly after each cleaning.
• Remove waste and recyclables, and maintain housekeeping pantries and storage areas in a tidy condition.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Operate the housekeeping buggy safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Adhere to uniform standards, punctuality, and all hotel policies.

• Professional demeanor with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliability in attendance and ability to follow schedules.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property management system.
• Competence in operating housekeeping equipment such as the housekeeping buggy.
