Guest Service Agent – Italian/German Speaker

About the role

Constance Lemuria, a luxury resort on Praslin Island, Seychelles, is looking for a Guest Service Agent fluent in Italian or German. You will be the welcoming face of the resort, delivering personalised service to international guests and ensuring seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, activity bookings and local recommendations.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a smooth check‑in and check‑out process.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests in Italian, German and English with professionalism.
• Address guest concerns and complaints empathetically, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the hotel management system.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests efficiently.
• Provide information about resort facilities, services and local attractions in multiple languages.
• Support the front‑desk team during peak periods and special events.

Required profile

• Fluency in Italian or German and strong English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in guest services, hospitality or customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience in a luxury resort or five‑star hotel is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management systems.
• Basic computer literacy.
