Butler Supervisor

About the role

The Butler Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position at Cheval Blanc in Grand'Anse, Seychelles. You will lead a team of butlers to deliver personalized, seamless, and discreet service to every guest throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily assignments and supervise butler activities during arrivals, departures, and special events.
• Collaborate closely with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and concierge teams to maintain consistent luxury service standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Monitor service quality, handle guest feedback, and ensure all preferences and special requests are anticipated and fulfilled.
• Support operational planning for peak periods and assist in scheduling flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or guest services, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, empathy, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to manage complex guest requests, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and conduct aligned with luxury brand standards.

Required skills

• Competence with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
