Housekeeping Team Leader (M/W) - Resort of Seychelles

About the role

Club Med Seychelles is looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader (M/W) for its resort in the Seychelles. This is a seasonal position with no accommodation provided, and candidates need 1 to 3 years of experience. The team leader supervises a multicultural team of about 250 to 400 rooms and ensures guests receive a clean, safe and high-quality stay.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas and report issues to the maintenance department.
• Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public areas when needed.
• Anticipate and respond to guest expectations and needs.
• Ensure the proper use of automated cleaning equipment.
• Manage inventory levels and identify supply requirements.
• Verify compliance with Club Med quality standards and with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Work closely with other resort departments and unite, support and develop team members.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Discreet and organized, attentive and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Responsible and adaptable, able to supervise a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Comfortable using digital tools such as 1Check and PMS.
