Information Technology Supervisor (Resort IT)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Information Technology Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day IT operations at our luxury resort. You will ensure that all technology services run smoothly for guests and staff, maintaining a high‑standard of reliability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level support to all resort users.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, Wi‑Fi systems, and internet connectivity.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms.
• Monitor and maintain hotel technology systems such as PMS, IPTV, CCTV, telephony, and guest internet services.
• Coordinate with external vendors and corporate IT teams.
• Perform system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and inventory records.
• Assist with IT projects and technology improvements across the resort.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration or network management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
