Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit‑Out & Hotel Projects (Seychelles)

About the role

Our client, a well‑established construction and interior fit‑out firm, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Seychelles. The role focuses on large‑scale interior construction, hospitality, hotel and resort projects, and requires a strong background in fit‑out works rather than pure civil engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take‑offs, measurements and cost estimates.
• Develop project budgets, cost plans and financial forecasts.
• Produce Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation.
• Manage tendering processes and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
• Draft and administer subcontract agreements and contracts.
• Monitor project costs, prepare regular cost reports and analyse pricing structures.
• Oversee procurement, supplier and subcontractor selection.
• Submit monthly valuations, payment applications and certificates.
• Assess and manage variations, contractual claims and change orders.
• Maintain procurement schedules and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Attend site meetings, conduct inspections and support value‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Proven experience in interior fit‑out, hospitality, hotel, resort or high‑end commercial projects.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to the Seychelles.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to ensure compliance throughout project delivery.
