Spa Beautician & Therapist – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the award‑winning Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island as a Spa Beautician cum Spa Therapist. You will deliver a full suite of luxury spa and beauty treatments to discerning guests, ensuring each experience reflects the resort’s high standards of service and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Perform facials, body treatments, massages, manicure, pedicure, hair styling and makeup services.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend tailored treatments and products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and serene spa environment, including treatment rooms and equipment.
• Manage appointment schedules and provide support to the spa reception when required.
• Collaborate with the wider wellness and hotel teams to promote spa offerings and enhance the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Professional training and certification in spa therapy, massage or beauty therapy from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience delivering facials, body treatments, massage therapies and nail care in a luxury spa or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, wellness practices and spa products, with the ability to recommend personalized treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, guest‑focused attitude, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in island or resort environments and familiarity with luxury brand service standards are advantageous.
