Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The iconic Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to champion personalised guest experiences and support its commitment to exceptional luxury service. The role supports the Director of Public Relations and Marketing, helps maintain data integrity and supports and supervises other areas within the Commercial Department.

Key responsibilities

• Paid media and online optimisation: manage day-to-day paid media with agency partners, including search engine marketing, keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy and landing pages; manage campaign budgets and report monthly on spend, delivery and outcome by property
• Social media and organic performance: own the content calendar, create and execute social content and engagement strategy, track and report organic performance monthly and adjust the calendar accordingly
• Influencer hosting: assess inbound approaches, negotiate deliverables and fees, brief operations, host creators on property and track output and value against cost
• Content production: shoot and edit stills and short-form video, manage commissioned photography and video, and maintain the Image Library in line with Four Seasons' image and marketing strategy
• Websites, channels and community management: update resort websites and OTA and retail partner content, support search visibility, handle community management and respond to reviews within 48 hours

Required profile

• 1 year of assistant manager and management experience in a 5-star hotel or resort
• Experience in a luxury five-star hotel environment, with strong knowledge of stewarding standards and Global Essentials
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and a strong communicator in a multicultural team
• Excellent English, maths and psychometric abilities
