Bar Employee (M/F) – Seasonal Position at Seychelles Resort

About the role

Join Club Med’s vibrant resort in Seychelles as a Bar Employee. This seasonal position (1‑3 years of experience required) involves creating memorable drink experiences for guests in a multicultural, all‑inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and store products, consumables, laundry and PMH supplies.
• Set up the bar, counter, and decorations for each service.
• Supply distribution points and workstations during service periods.
• Welcome guests, advise on drink choices, and prepare beverages according to technical specifications.
• Promote sales by suggesting products and actions to increase turnover.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med procedures (discounts, talent program, minors’ alcohol restrictions).
• Contribute to bar atmosphere and support team‑organized events.
• Follow cleaning schedules and maintain a tidy workstation, furniture, and equipment.
• Apply HACCP standards and health‑safety rules, especially regarding minors.

Required profile

• Friendly and sociable, able to build trust with guests.
• Efficient with strong priority‑management skills.
• Attentive to detail, ensuring personalized service.
• 1‑3 years of bar or hospitality experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• No formal diploma required.
