Bar Employee (M/W) – Seasonal Position at Seychelles Resort

About the role

Join the vibrant bar team at Club Med’s Seychelles resort and help create memorable moments for guests. This seasonal position involves preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and store products, consumables, laundry and PMH supplies.
• Set up the bar, counters and decorations for each service.
• Supply distribution points and workstations during service periods.
• Welcome guests, advise on drink choices and prepare beverages according to technical specifications.
• Promote products for sale and support initiatives to increase turnover.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med policies, including discounts, talent programs and age‑related alcohol restrictions.
• Contribute to the bar’s atmosphere and participate in team‑organized events.
• Follow cleaning schedules, maintain workstations, and respect HACCP and health‑safety rules.
• Prevent unaccompanied minors from consuming alcohol.

Required profile

• Sociable and able to build trusting relationships with guests.
• Efficient in managing priorities and delivering timely service.
• Attentive to detail, ensuring personalized guest experiences.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a bar or hospitality setting.
