Bar Employee – Seasonal Position at Club Med Seychelles

About the role

Join the vibrant bar team at Club Med's Seychelles resort and deliver memorable beverage experiences to guests in a premium all‑inclusive setting. This seasonal position offers a dynamic environment where creativity and hospitality blend to create joyful moments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and organize product deliveries, consumables, laundry and minibar supplies.
• Set up the bar, counters and decorations for service periods.
• Welcome guests, advise on drink selections and prepare beverages according to established standards.
• Promote sales of drinks, suggest upsells and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, furniture, workstations and storage rooms before, during and after service.
• Apply HACCP procedures and adhere to health, safety and alcohol‑service regulations, especially for minors.
• Participate in themed evenings, events and team activities to enhance the guest atmosphere.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in bar or hospitality service.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Sociable, efficient and attentive with a strong guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety standards.
