About the role

The Butler will deliver personalized, anticipatory service to VIP guests staying in the exclusive villas of Four Seasons Resort Seychelles on Desroches Island. Reporting to the Residences Manager, the role rotates between resort villas and private residences, ensuring each guest experience is seamless, refined, and unforgettable.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, register arrivals, and provide detailed villa orientation.
• Perform night turndown, luggage delivery, and packing/unpacking services.
• Manage lost and found items with discretion.
• Coordinate all food and beverage requests, in‑room dining, wake‑up calls, and amenity deliveries.
• Inspect each villa after housekeeping to verify guest preferences and standards are met.
• Liaise with support departments to fulfill any additional guest needs.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Butler in an international five‑star hotel or resort.
• Proven ability to anticipate and fulfill unexpressed guest needs.
• Professional, warm demeanor with a refined yet relaxed presence.
• Flexibility to rotate between villas and residences.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with multiple departments.
