Luxury Resort Butler (Majordome)

About the role

Cheval Blanc Seychelles is seeking a young, dynamic and self‑motivated Majordome (Butler) to join its Front Office Department. The successful candidate will contribute to the brand’s high standards of genuine hospitality and luxury service, creating memorable experiences for guests at the exclusive 5‑bedroom villa and surrounding villas.

Required profile

• Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or graduate of a hotel school.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a luxury resort or hotel in a similar role.
• Food & Beverage service background is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, reliable, friendly, polite and open‑minded.
• Keen eye for detail and highly service‑oriented.
