Executive Housekeeper Assistant – Resort Hospitality

About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as an Executive Housekeeper Assistant, supporting the Housekeeping Manager in delivering the high‑standard guest experience expected at a luxury resort. You will work closely with reception, laundry and catering teams to ensure all public areas and rooms are impeccably maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and verify the cleaning of hotel rooms and common areas.
• Collaborate with reception, laundry and catering to anticipate guest needs.
• Schedule housekeeping staff according to occupancy levels.
• Monitor work quality to meet Club Med’s high standards.
• Manage the housekeeping team, whether internal or external.
• Oversee restocking of equipment and control the housekeeping budget.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager and act as their substitute when required.
