General Operations Nurse – Resort Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and flexible General Operations Nurse to provide on‑site medical assistance at Club Med resorts in Seychelles or overseas. You will support guests, staff and management with health care, emergency response and preventive health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site medical assistance for guests and staff, including welcome, examination, treatment and health advice.
• Deliver training to department managers on accident response and emergency procedures.
• Play a preventive role by promoting staff health and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety procedures throughout the resort.
• Organise infirmary equipment, emergency suitcase and first‑aid kits, keeping them ready for use.
• Manage medical stock, order supplies and maintain inventory records.
• Record daily treatments in the logbook and coordinate repatriation procedures when needed.
• Maintain relationships with local doctors and provide technical assistance to the resort’s medical team.
