Guest Relations Officer – Italian / German / French Speaking

About the role

Constance Ephelia, a luxury resort in Seychelles, is looking for a Guest Relations Officer to act as the bridge between guests and the organisation, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for an international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure, providing a professional first impression.
• Communicate with guests in Italian, German and/or French, handling enquiries, requests and concerns.
• Provide detailed information about resort facilities, activities, dining options and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, resolving issues with discretion.
• Maintain records of guest preferences, special occasions and feedback to personalise future interactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining and activities teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures and facilitate special events, excursions and activities.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluency in at least two of Italian, German and French, with strong English proficiency.
• Proven experience in guest relations, customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and composure in challenging situations.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse guest backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
• Professionalism, discretion and commitment to guest confidentiality.
